Immigration Lawyer Fees in Connecticut

At M.C. Law Group, LLC, we believe in transparent pricing. Immigration is stressful enough without surprise legal bills, so we publish our flat-fee schedule for the most common immigration matters below. Attorney Alex Meyerovich and our team have represented clients across Connecticut — from Bridgeport, Fairfield and Stamford to Hartford, New Haven and Waterbury — for more than two decades.

The fees listed are attorney fees only. They do not include government filing fees charged by USCIS or the U.S. Department of State, which are set by the government and can change at any time. Most fees are quoted as “starting at,” because the right price depends on the complexity of your case. For services marked “call for details,” the fee varies enough that we prefer to quote it after a consultation.

What affects the cost of an immigration case?

Several factors determine where your fee falls within the “starting from” range: the complexity of your immigration history, whether a waiver is required, how many family members are included, whether your case involves a prior denial or removal proceedings, and how quickly documents can be gathered. During your consultation we review your situation and give you a clear, flat-fee quote so there are no surprises.

Do these fees include government filing fees?

No. The amounts above are M.C. Law Group’s attorney fees. USCIS and U.S. Department of State filing fees are separate, are set by the government, and can change. We’ll tell you the current government fees that apply to your case so you can budget for the total cost.
