Fairfield Immigration Lawyer

Our US immigration lawyers are committed to providing quality and efficient legal service. We constantly monitor developments in immigration law and use state-of-the-art technology for research, client communications and case management. The legal needs of immigrants are particular and require special attention because non-immigration legal matters often have consequences on an individual’s immigration status.  Whether our clients are pursuing green card (permanent resident status), applying for US citizenship or naturalization or fighting the deportation in the immigration court, our immigration lawyers are ready to provide professional immigration advice and assistance.  All of our attorneys are immigration attorneys in addition to their other areas of practice and therefore they are aware of the pitfalls and problems immigrants may encounter in legal proceedings, particularly in criminal law and family law cases.

Fairfield General Information:

Fairfield is a town located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States. It is situated along the Gold Coast of Connecticut. Fairfield is a town of many neighborhoods, two of which — Southport and Greenfield Hill — are notably affluent. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 57,340. In July 2006, Money Magazine ranked Fairfield the ninth “best place to live” in the United States, and the best place to live in the Northeast. This is primarily due to its affluence, low crime rate, excellent public school system, suburban character, scenic location on the Long Island Sound, and proximity to New York. The town was also listed among the “preppiest” places in the United States in the tongue-in-cheek 1980s best-seller The Official Preppy Handbook.
